Modern, nice aesthetics, and fun breakfast. Great location, easy $5 weekend parking across the street at Little Italy Parking garage. Fun breakfast because they have this pancake machine where you wave your hand and a dollop of pancake mix drops into this cool conveyer belt where you watch it being baked until it plops into your plate. Sides incudes whipped cream, chocolate chips, cherry compote and pancake syrup.

Nearly everything was excellent. I visit Baltimore every March for a trade show. This was my second consecutive stay here. Superb in every respect. Only one minor complaint: The piped-in music. But rooms are very clean and comfortable and the staff is friendly. Fantastic location next to Little Italy and a pleasant walk to the Inner Harbor.

I wish I had known that there was another door accessible to the adjacent rooms. I couldn't sleep well because I could hear their conversations, and TV blasted loud. The other issue, I had discovered that I had discarded my parking ticket. To say the least, the guy that was on duty had no alternative method for me to leave the parking garage. He claimed that upon entry, my vehicle's tag was scanned, but obviously, that did not work because when he attempted to manually input my tag number, their system couldn't identify my tag. He suggested I find my ticket that I had. I tried several on hand & even walked back to my hotel to see if it were there. When I got back to my car, he still had no other options, I felt like I was literally being held against my will in a parking garage by a complete jerk! After trying to locate my ticket, walking back and forth from the garage to the hotel...all of a sudden he says It would cost me $18.00 to exit as it was going to be a big deal for me after spending more than 1 1/2 hours captive in a parking garage. I told him I didn't care about the cost, and then he proceeded to say, "You have to have a have a credit card" in a condescending way. I told him, "Okay, I have a credit card, and I can pay the $18 so I could leave." I couldn't believe he put me through all of that nonsense only to discover i could exit if I was even offered an opportunity to pay the fee. I digress

This isn't a luxury hotel with spacious rooms, etc., but the accommodations are comfortable perfectly adequate. I looked at reviews online before booking and saw that many reviewers raved about the breakfast buffet. The options are indeed broad, but don't expect gourmet food. I was very happy that they provide lots of fresh fruit, though, and the coffee is quite good by hotel standards. *Best thing* about the hotel: the staff are wonderful! Friendly, welcoming, helpful, made me feel like they think of visitors as their personal guests, not like they are just performing hospitality as part of their jobs.

Everything. It's located in Little Italy and surrounded within walking distance to many shops and restaurants and just a short walk to the Inner Harbor. There is a parking garage directly across the street which was convenient. The staff couldn't have been nicer and they had a very nice continental breakfast and fitness center. The room was basic but offered everything you'd need. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was huge. We would definitely stay again!

We were very concerned about the area driving to the hotel (GPS directions); however as we got closer, the property turned out to be in a good area (close to I-83), and within walking distance to many great destinations. We never moved our vehicle from the "Little Italy Parking Garage" located directly across from the entrance of the hotel ($36 - arrived Fri 4:30 PM and exited Sun 9:30 AM). We walked to "Tagliata's" restaurant Fri eve (very good). On Sat morn we walked to Whole Foods (2 blks from Tru), and visited "Kneads" (great) on the way back to the hotel. Sat afternoon, we walked to Phillips at the Inner Harbor (excellent), as well as Fells Point then back to the hotel. We walked to "La Scalas" (just around the corner from the hotel) for appetizers and drinks Sat eve (very good), and checked out Sun morning. We didn't partake in the breakfast buffet, but it looked great. The hotel received my request at booking, and granted us a room with a great view of the city - THANK YOU!

Decent breakfast every day (multiple protein options, pancake machine, etc), property is newer and well decorated, clean. Location was ideal - on the edge of the overall Inner Harbor area - just a few blocks east from the waterfront. Baltimore's Little Italy was only 1-2 blocks away walking distance, as well as all the other Inner Harbor-area just beyond Little Italy, giving tons of dining options. Would stay here again.

Overall a very satisfying stay! Great location, close to the city centre and Fell's Point, the historic district; very clean and comfortable room! I appreciate the sustainable approach - room cleaning everyday other day instead of every day. Breakfast included, water and coffee/tea station available at any time.

Great location near Inner Harbor. Centrally located and easy to get around. Rental car location was less then 1 block from hotel and hotel was about 2 miles from train station. Very comfortable and clean hotel. Nice amenities with breakfast provided. Hotel staff was very nice. Well kept up property. Loved being able to walk to the waterfront and Little Italy.
